Is simple we train on the first sunday of every month and always welcome new or prospective to come along and get an idea of who we are and what we do.

Our brigade being located in small coastal community that has a low population and many of those who do live in and around our area work most of the summer on farms making their initial availablity an issue

However the local population does increase dramatically over the warmer months and in the past we have had good numbers of holiday makers who have been a part of the brigade helping us during these times, unfortunately these people have moved on droping our available numbers down to a regular few.

We understand the majority of people in our local area during this time are holiday makers and have family and other commitments but without volunteers brigades like ours will struggle all we ask is that you come along see if it is for you if not as an active fire fighter then as a member helping around the station when we have events and training etc.
